The XLSEMI XL1509-12E1 is a fixed 12 V buck converter IC that steps down an input supply to a nominal 12 V output. It supports loads up to 2 A, making it suitable for power circuits that need a regulated 12 V rail.

Its fixed-frequency PWM control and internal frequency compensation help simplify the converter design. Built-in thermal shutdown and current limiting add protection, while the ON/OFF input lets a circuit control the regulator.
