AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK USB/JTAG debugger and programmer for SPC58/SPC5 MCUs, with firmware download, NVM programming, UART communication and OpenOCD support.
The STMicroelectronics AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK is a USB/JTAG debugger and programmer for SPC58 and SPC5 automotive microcontrollers. It lets you load application firmware to FLASH or RAM and supports NVM erase, program and verify operations.
Use the dongle to set breakpoints and monitor local and global variables during application debugging. Its virtual COM port gives a host PC a UART connection to the microcontroller, while OpenOCD compatibility supports an established development workflow. Status LEDs show target I/O voltage, connection state and running state.
This SPC58 microcontroller programmer supports development and debugging with SPC5 automotive microcontrollers and their evaluation boards. The JTAG connection follows IEEE 1149.1, and separate headers provide JTAG and UART connections.
