AEK-MCU-SPC5LNKU USB/JTAG debugger and programmer for SPC5 automotive microcontrollers, with UART communication, IEEE 1149.1 JTAG and PLS UDE compatibility.
The STMicroelectronics AEK-MCU-SPC5LNKU is a USB/JTAG debugger and programmer for SPC5 automotive microcontrollers. It supports firmware programming and debugging through JTAG, and provides UART communication between a host PC and the microcontroller through a virtual COM port.
The dongle can program firmware to FLASH or RAM and lets users run code, set breakpoints and view variables. Its nonvolatile memory erase, program and verify functions support common programming tasks. Status LEDs show target I/O voltage, connection state and run state, while PLS UDE debugger compatibility supports the development setup for this variant.
Use this SPC5 automotive MCU programmer to program and debug microcontrollers for vehicle applications. The JTAG and UART connections bring firmware work and serial communication together in one tool.
