The Microchip ATATMEL-ICE-PCBA is a microcontroller programmer and debugger for supported AVR and SAM devices. It programs targets and supports on-chip debugging through JTAG, SWD, PDI, TPI, aWire, SPI and debugWIRE. Its target operating range is 1.62 V to 5.5 V.
Source-level debugging in Microchip Studio helps developers inspect program behavior. The tool supports target hardware breakpoints and software breakpoints. ARM Cortex debug and AVR JTAG connector pinouts support connections to compatible boards, while USB power keeps the setup simple.
Use this embedded development tool to program and debug supported microcontrollers. ITM serial trace capture provides another way to view program activity during development.
