XLSEMI XL7015E1 adjustable buck converter IC with 5 V to 80 V input, 1.25 V to 20 V output and up to 0.8 A output current.

The XLSEMI XL7015E1 is an adjustable buck converter IC that steps down DC voltage for power supply designs. It accepts a 5 V to 80 V operating input and provides an adjustable output from 1.25 V to 20 V. Its fixed 150 kHz switching frequency supports compact power conversion designs.

An integrated high-voltage power transistor and internal frequency compensation reduce the need for extra circuit parts. Built-in current limiting, short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown help protect the converter during faults. The EN input adds a way to control operation.
