Delivery & Tracking

Where are you located / where do you ship from?
We’re based in Nashik, Maharashtra. All orders are dispatched from Nashik.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes — we dispatch orders across India.
How long does dispatch take?
In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 working days. If any item needs sourcing, we’ll update you with the expected timeline before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your PIN code and the courier network. Tracking is shared after dispatch.
Do you offer same-day / next-day delivery in Nashik?
If feasible, yes. Send: item list + quantity + delivery PIN code, and we’ll confirm availability, courier option, and cost.
How do I track my shipment?
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link/number via email/WhatsApp/SMS (as applicable).
What if tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Message us immediately. Send: order number + tracking number + delivery address confirmation. We’ll coordinate with the courier and guide next steps.

Do you provide a GST bills?
Yes we provide GST Bill by the name of DNA Solutions. You will receive a GST compliant invoice for your records. You can take GST benefit.
I forgot to add GST number at time of placing order, but I need GST Invoice in my firms name?
You can contact us via Contact us page and send your order details and GST number we will send you updated Invoice soft copy.

What is your return / replacement policy?
