K7805-1000R3 non-isolated switching DC/DC converter with regulated 5 V output, 1 A maximum current, 8–36 VDC input and self-recovery short-circuit protection.

The MORNSUN K7805-1000R3 is a non-isolated DC/DC converter with a regulated positive 5 V output and a maximum output current of 1 A. It accepts an 8–36 VDC input for systems that need a lower supply voltage.

Its switching design needs no heat sink, which can help save board space. The converter also has continuous short-circuit protection that recovers on its own after the fault clears. Its three-pin design is pin-compatible with the LM78xx series.
