FLASHPRO4 is an FPGA programmer for in-system IEEE 1149 JTAG programming through STAPL, with USB 2.0 and a 3.3 V VPUMP output.

The Microchip FLASHPRO4 is an FPGA in-system programmer for supported device families. It programs FPGAs through IEEE 1149 JTAG using STAPL and connects to a PC over USB 2.0. The unit provides a 3.3 V VPUMP voltage for programming supported devices.

USB power keeps the setup simple, with no separate power source for the programmer. For production work, multiple units can connect to one PC through USB hubs and program several boards at once. This makes the FLASHPRO4 useful for concurrent board programming in a small-scale production setup.

It supports PolarFire, SmartFusion2, IGLOO2, RTG4, IGLOO, ProASIC3, SmartFusion, and Fusion FPGA families. The USB-connected FPGA programmer suits in-system programming and multi-board programming workflows.
