FTDI VNC2 DEBUG MODULE VNC2 Debug and Programming Module

VNC2 DEBUG MODULE supports VNC2 programming and debugging, with USB 2.0 Full Speed, onboard FT232R conversion and a keyed 6-way, 2 mm debug connector.

The FTDI VNC2 DEBUG MODULE links a PC running Vinculum-II IDE software to the debug interface on a VNC2 device. It supports VNC2 firmware programming and debugging through USB, with an onboard FT232R handling USB-to-serial conversion.

The miniature board uses a Mini-B USB connector for the PC and a keyed 6-way connector for compatible VNC2 hardware. This keyed connection helps align the debug signals during setup. USB power keeps the module simple to connect, while power and traffic LEDs show activity. It also provides a switched VCC output for a connected board or circuit.

Use this module with V2DIPx-x development modules or custom VNC2-based hardware that has a matching connector. It supports embedded firmware development by helping engineers load and debug code on VNC2 devices.
