This page explains the payment methods accepted on dnatechindia.com, how payments are processed, and how refunds are handled.

Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed on dnatechindia.com:

• UPI
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallets supported by our payment gateway

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment Processing

• All online payments are processed securely through our RBI-compliant payment gateway (e.g. Paytm or other authorised partners).
• DNA Solutions does not store your full card details, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords on our servers.
• Payment is charged at the time of placing the order.

Currency

• All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• We currently accept orders and payments only within India.

Invoices & GST

• All invoices are issued under DNA Solutions (GSTIN: 27BGPPS9522M1ZF).
• Eligible buyers can use the invoice to claim input tax credit as per applicable law.

Refunds

• Approved refunds (for eligible return/replacement cases) are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refund timelines are typically 5–7 business days after approval.
