Payment & Pricing

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway. All prices on the website are in INR and prices are shown with and without GST for your reference. Shipping charges are shown before you confirm the order and there are no hidden fees. All Invoices are issued under DNA Solutions (GSTIN: 27BGPPS9522M1ZF) and you can claim GST benefit.

Shipping Estimate

To check out the shipping estimate just add the products that you require in the shopping cart. Click on the Shopping Cart icon on top of the page and then click ON "view cart" or you can also directly click on "Shopping Cart" on top of the page. On the "Shopping Cart" page in "What would you like to do next" you will see "Estimate Shipping Taxes" just click on it and enter the information there at it will accordingly tell you the shipping cost.

Shipping

Currently we are only taking orders from India. We normally ship products through courier (DTDC/Maruti/Anjani/Speed Post) Depending upon the weight and Destination, the system will automatically calculate shipping charges for different options and the customer can select accordingly. It takes normally 1-6 working days* to reach to any location in India. Orders are dispatched only after the payment has been deposited into our account.

Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

All our products are delivered with a warranty of minimum 10 days to protect customer from Manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond our limitations the order is not shipped by the us then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc.

Return Guidelines

Once we confirm that the defect is a manufacturing problem the defective unused and unopened merchandise will be replaced within 3 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. Shipping back charges will be handled by the customer.

Refund & Cancellation

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

If you have placed order and want to cancel the order then 4% transaction charges will be levied if the order has not been dispatched from our office. If the order has been dispatched then the order cannot be canceled.

Requests received later than 10 business days after the order date will be treated as cancellation of order.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for improper use or installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

*The above shipping time is only an estimate based on our previous experience. However, your shipping may get delayed due to factors which are beyond our control. We do not assume any responsibility to deliver the package within above estimated time.
