• Stock status shown on the website reflects our current inventory to the best of our systems. Availability may change without prior notice, especially for fast-moving items.
• Some items may be available only in limited quantities or may be discontinued without notice.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected, subject to these Terms.
• Your order is considered accepted and a contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues, payment problems, or suspected misuse/fraud.
• If we cancel an order before dispatch after receiving payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where shown, prices may display both the value before GST and the value including GST.
• Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
• We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway. Payments must be successfully completed before we process and dispatch your order.
• In case of payment failure or chargeback, we may suspend fulfilment of current and future orders until the issue is resolved.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• We ship only within India, using reputed courier and logistics partners.
• Dispatch and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Return Policy. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
• Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow the shipment status.
• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery at the shipping address provided by you, as recorded by the courier’s tracking/delivery confirmation.

8. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Returns are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied items, and within the specified time window.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to payment gateway charges where applicable. Once dispatched, orders usually cannot be cancelled.
