PN6005SSC-R1 AC-DC offline switcher IC for buck and buck-boost conversion, with 85–305 V AC input, a 700 V MOSFET and output current up to 500 mA.
PN6005SSC-R1 is an AC-DC offline switcher IC for buck and buck-boost power conversion. It accepts 85–305 V AC input and supports configurable output voltage, giving designers options for power supply layouts.
An integrated 700 V power MOSFET brings the main switching device into the IC and can simplify the surrounding circuit. Standby power below 30 mW and efficiency up to 85% can help limit idle and conversion losses.
Use this IC in small power supplies, industrial controls, home appliances and LED drivers. Its two conversion modes support different offline power supply designs. The low standby power can suit products that need to limit power use while idle.
