This N20 3v 250 RPM Metal Gear Micro DC  Motor with Precious Metal Brush is a light weight high torque motor suitable for a variety of industrial, home applicances and hobby applications as well. This motor is equipped with an all metal gearbox assembly which provides an amazing troque for this size of the motor. Also the brushes used in the motor provided by Robokits are precious metal brushes and not carbon brushes. This ensures a higher working life of the motor compared with the motor with carbon brushes.
As compared to other motors in this size either with metal or plastic gears, the N20 all metal geared motor has a much higher torque to size ratio.
