The FT245BL Module provides an easy cost-effective method of transferring data to / from a peripheral and a host P.C. at up to 8 Million bits (1 Megabyte) per second. Its simple, FIFO-like design makes it easy to interface to any microcontroller or microprocessor via IO ports. The FT245BL/TR is a USB FIFO device in 32 pin LQFP package. This device adds extra functionality to its FT8U245AM predecessor and reduces external component count.
