LM35DT Temperature Sensor

The LM35DT is a precision temperature sensor that provides an analog output voltage directly proportional to temperature in degrees Celsius. Packaged in a TO-252 (DPAK) surface-mount form, the LM35DT requires no external calibration and delivers a linear output of 10 mV/°C. With low self-heating and wide operating range, it is ideal for surface-mounted temperature sensing in industrial, automotive, and embedded systems. The LM35 series offers higher accuracy than thermistors and is calibrated directly in Celsius.
