This is a standard Graphical LCD also called as GLCD. This LCD is basically the upgraded version of 16x2 Alphanumeric LCD but with complete graphical control. It is 128 pixel in width & 64 pixel in height.

Green background with 128 x 64 'monochrome' black pixels
Low power green LED back-light
The LCD is driven by on-board 5V parallel interface chipset KS0108 and KS0107. They are extremely common and well documented
