CN3303 PFM Step-up 3-cell USB Compatible Lithium Battery Charger IC - SOP8
CN3303 is a PFM boost type three-phase converter operating from 2.7V to 6.5V. Lithium-ion battery charging control integrated circuit. CN3303 adopts constant current and Quasi-constant voltage mode (Quasi-CVTM) performs charge management on the battery. Internally integrated reference voltage source, inductor current detection unit, battery Voltage detection circuit and off-chip field effect transistor drive circuit, etc. It has the advantages of fewer external components and simple circuit.
When the battery voltage is lower than the input voltage or the battery is short-circuited, CN3303 the joint operation of off-chip N-channel MOSFET and P-channel MOSFET After use, continue to charge the battery with a smaller current, which will have a positive effect on the battery.
