  • High Voltage Tolerance: Supports a maximum voltage of +180V
  • Output Current Capability: Provides +1.0A sourcing and -1.0A sinking current
  • Logic Compatibility: Compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic inputs
  • Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO): Includes UVLO protection for both VCC and VBS to prevent operation under low-voltage conditions
  • Cross-Conduction Prevention: Features logic to prevent simultaneous conduction of high-side and low-side MOSFETs
