BTS712N1XUMA1 four-channel smart high-side power switch with 5–34 V operating supply, diagnostic feedback and integrated protection.

The Infineon BTS712N1XUMA1 is a four-channel smart high-side power switch for grounded loads. It operates from a 5–34 V supply and uses CMOS-compatible inputs, so a microcontroller can control the outputs and read diagnostic feedback.

Its integrated protection responds to overloads, short circuits and excess heat. Auto-restart supports recovery after undervoltage or overvoltage shutdown. An output clamp helps demagnetize inductive loads quickly, while open-load detection can report a load issue when the output is off.

Use this four-channel power switch with 12 V or 24 V DC systems that drive resistive, inductive or capacitive loads. It can also replace electromechanical relays or discrete switching circuits where protected load control and diagnostics are useful.
