The MC9S08JM60CLH is a 8-bit Application-specific Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (24MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The device incorporates 60kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, an analog comparator, 12-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 51 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like USB 2.0 full-speed (12Mbps) device controller, one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps, two serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two serial communications interface (SCI) modules and real-time counter (RTC).
