Mornsun QC962-8A hybrid integrated IGBT driver with isolated gate drive, ±8 A peak output and short-circuit protection.

The Mornsun QC962-8A is a hybrid integrated IGBT driver that takes a controller signal and provides an isolated, amplified gate-drive signal. Its optocoupler separates the input and output, with a 3750 VAC isolation test rating. The module delivers peak output current of +8 A for turn-on and -8 A for turn-off.

CMOS- and TTL-compatible inputs support common controller signals. Built-in overcurrent detection can trigger a fault output, while soft turn-off helps manage the IGBT during a fault. The adjustable short-circuit detection lets designers set the detection delay for their circuit.

Use this isolated IGBT gate driver in general inverter designs, AC servo drive systems, UPS equipment and electric welding machines. Its integrated drive and fault functions support a compact control stage for power conversion systems.
