What is a Motor Driver?
A Motor Driver is an IC or an Electronic Circuit which provides the necessary Signal, voltage or current required to drive the Motor. A motor Driver can be as simple as a Transistor or a MOSFET required to Turn ON/OFF a DC geared Motor. Or it can be a complicated controller based module which can precisely control a stepper motor as well as monitor the current consumption of the motor as well.
We have various types of Motor Driver Modules which simplifies the developers work and he is able to control various Motors without much hassles. Using these Modules he can easily connect the required Motor to any Micro-controller, Arduino or even to Raspberry Pi.
