RT9193-15GB Linear Voltage Regulator SMD IC

The RT9193-15GB is a low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator that provides a fixed 1.5V output with high accuracy and low power consumption. It supports input voltages from 2.5V to 5.5V and can supply up to 300 mA of output current. With a typical dropout voltage of 220 mV at full load and a low quiescent current of just 90 µA, it is ideal for battery-powered applications. The regulator offers excellent line/load regulation and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). It also includes built-in thermal shutdown and current limit protections. The device is packaged in a compact SOT-23-5 form factor.
