The ISO8200BQ is an octal-channel high-side smart power switch designed for industrial applications requiring galvanic isolation and robust load control. It includes an SPI interface for diagnostics and control, making it ideal for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems. The IC provides galvanic isolation up to 2.5 kV between logic and power stages, enhancing safety. It features overcurrent, overtemperature, and under voltage protection.
