The TIP105 is a silicon Epitaxial-Base PNP transistor in monolithic Darlington configuration mounted in TO-220 plastic package intented for use in power linear and switching applications. It consists of two NPN transistors connected in a Darlington configuration, which provides very high current gain, making it ideal for driving heavy loads like motors, relays, and lamps.

Features of TIP105 MOSFET
