74HC244 SMD IC

74HC244 8-bit 3 state Octal buffer & line driver IC

The 74HC244 are high speed CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFER / Line Driver fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The 74HC244 are non-inverting 3-state buffers having two active-low output enables.

74HC244 is designed to be used with 3-state memory address drivers, etc. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage. The internal circuit is composed of three stages, including a buffer output which provides high noise immunity and stable output. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7 V, allowing the interface of 5 V systems to 3 V systems.
