74191N 4-Bit Binary Counter DIP IC
The 74191N is a synchronous 4-bit up/down binary counter with parallel load capability. It counts either up or down based on the logic level at the UP/DOWN control pin. All flip-flops are clocked simultaneously, ensuring high-speed and accurate counting. The IC also supports presetting via parallel inputs and can be easily cascaded for multi-bit counting. Packaged in a 16-pin DIP, it's ideal for use in digital systems requiring precise counting or sequencing.
