XL2576S-12E1 fixed 12 V buck regulator IC with 4.5–40 V input, 52 kHz switching and a TO263-5L package.

The XLSEMI XL2576S-12E1 is a fixed 12 V buck regulator IC that steps a higher DC input down to a regulated 12 V output. It accepts an operating input from 4.5 V to 40 V and uses a 52 kHz switching frequency. Its TO263-5L surface-mount package suits board-level power designs that need a set output voltage.

Built-in current limiting and thermal shutdown help the circuit respond to excess current and heat. An enable pin lets a host circuit switch the regulator on or off, while internal frequency compensation supports the regulator’s control loop. This 12 V step-down switching regulator serves power conversion in LCD monitors, digital photo frames, set-top boxes and telecom equipment. It provides an integrated stage for regulated 12 V power from a wider DC input.
