- Fast Transition Times: Achieves 180ns transition times when driving a 10,000pF load, ensuring rapid switching
- Adaptive Non-Overlapping Gate Drives: Prevents shoot-through currents by ensuring that the high-side and low-side MOSFETs are not on simultaneously
- Undervoltage Lockout with Hysteresis: Actively pulls driver outputs low during low supply or start-up conditions to prevent partial turn-on of the MOSFETs
