The TOSHIBA TLP350 Optocoupler MOSFET Driver is designed for gate driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs. This unit features a GaAℓAs light-emitting diode and an integrated photodetector in an 8-lead DIP package. With a peak output current of ±2.5A and a supply voltage range of 15 to 30 V, it ensures reliable operation in various applications. The TLP350 Optocoupler guarantees performance over a temperature range of -40 to 100°C, making it suitable for diverse environments.

This optocoupler also boasts a common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/μs and an isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms.
