The IR2132S is a high voltage, high-speed gate driver IC designed to drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. It features independent high- and low-side outputs, under-voltage lockout protection, and matched propagation delays for precise switching. The floating channel is designed for bootstrap operation, supporting up to 600V. Packaged in a compact SOIC-16 SMD package, it's widely used in inverter designs, motor control, SMPS, and power supply applications requiring efficient and safe gate driving.
