The HTC LM2576T-5.0 is a fixed 5.0 V step-down switching regulator. It converts a higher DC input into a regulated 5.0 V output and supports output current up to 3.0 A. Its 8 V to 40 V input range suits power designs that need a stable 5 V rail.
