The M27C256B-12F1 is a 256 Kbit (32K x 8) One-Time Programmable UV Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM) IC manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is organized as 32,768 bytes and is ideal for applications requiring permanent data storage with the ability to be reprogrammed via UV light erasure. The device can be programmed using a standard EPROM programmer and erased by exposing it to UV light.
