It continuously checks the voltage of each individual cell and actively redistributes charge between cells to keep them balanced, ensuring that no cell is overcharged or undercharged. This improves the overall performance and lifespan of the battery. The module also includes various protection mechanisms, such as overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and overcurrent protection.

Features of 6S Active Balance Battery Management System Module
- 6-Series Cell Monitoring: Manages and monitors a battery pack of 6 lithium-ion cells in series (6S configuration).
- Active Cell Balancing: Actively balances the voltage across all cells, redistributing charge during charging and discharging to maintain equal cell voltage and prevent premature degradation.
- Overcharge Protection: Automatically stops charging when any cell exceeds the specified voltage threshold, preventing damage from overcharging.
- Over-Discharge Protection: Cuts off the load when any cell drops below the safe voltage threshold, avoiding deep discharge which can damage the battery.
- Overcurrent Protection: Limits the maximum current to prevent damage to the battery pack during operation.
- Short-Circuit Protection: Detects and stops the flow of current if a short circuit is detected in the system.
