The MP2315 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck converter IC capable of delivering up to 3A output current. It supports a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 24V, making it ideal for step-down DC-DC conversion. Integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs ensure compact size and high power density. The device features 500kHz fixed switching frequency, thermal shutdown, and over-current protection. It provides excellent load and line regulation with minimal external components. Available in a compact SOT23-8 or SOIC-8 SMD package, it's perfect for space-constrained applications.
