The TOP264VG is an integrated off-line switcher IC from the TOP Switch-HX family, designed by Power Integrations. It provides a high level of integration and performance, combining a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM control, fault protection, and other functions into a single package. The device is intended for use in compact, highly efficient, and reliable off-line power supplies. TOP Switch-JX cost effectively incorporates a 725 V power MOSFET, high-voltage switched current source, multi-mode PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device.
