This is a simple to use, RS232 to base unit made by DNA Technology for the XBee line of products. This unit works with all XBee modules it also works with Tarang Zigbee Modules.
Plug the unit into the Zibee Base Board, attach a RS232 cable, apply 7 to 12Volts AC/DC power and you are ready to go.
XBee Explorer RS232 takes care of the 3.3V regulation, 3V3 5V level conversion, signal conditioning, and basic activity indicators (Power, RSSI and DIN/DOUT activity LEDs). It translates the 5V signals to 3.3V and viseversa . All XBee pins are brought out at 2.54mm bergstrip to make it available for breadboard lovers also.
The Zigbee Base Board RS232 will help you reduce lot of hassles normally facing to implement Zigbee Network.
Note: Zigbee Modules Not Included.
