4N25 Optocoupler

The 4N25 is a general purpose 6-pin Optocoupler.

It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual in-line package. The applications of the 4N25 include Power supply regulators, Digital logic inputs, Microprocessor inputs.

• Derate above 25℃ : 2.0 (non-M), 1.41 (-M) mW/℃.

• Storage Temperature : -55 to +150 ℃;

• Operating Temperature : -55 to +100 ℃;
