It combines low on-state resistance with robust protection features, such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and ESD protection. It operates in high-side mode, meaning it switches the positive supply rail to the load. Each of the four channels can drive up to 1.2A, making it suitable for a variety of load-driving applications.
