BTS712N1 Four Channel High side Power Switch SOP20 IC 

The BTS712N1 is a smart power switch in a SOP-20 package that can control up to four independent loads. It combines low on-state resistance with robust protection features, such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and ESD protection. It operates in high-side mode, meaning it switches the positive supply rail to the load. Each of the four channels can drive up to 1.2A, making it suitable for a variety of load-driving applications.
