The device features 2 drivers and 2 receivers, making it ideal for serial communication applications like microcontroller-to-PC interfacing. Packaged in a 16-pin DIP or SMD package, it is widely used for UART communication, modem links, and embedded systems. This version (IK MAKE) is compatible with industry-standard MAX232 and offers reliable, low-power operation.
