XL6019E1 DC-DC switching converter IC for boost and buck-boost designs, with 5 V to 40 V input, 5 A typical switch-current limit and 180 kHz typical switching frequency.

The XLSEMI XL6019E1 is a DC-DC switching converter IC for boost and buck-boost conversion. It accepts a 5 V to 40 V input and supports positive or negative output designs, including SEPIC and inverting circuits.

Its integrated power MOSFET reduces the number of external switching parts. Current-mode control helps the converter respond to changes in load. Built-in soft start, current limiting and thermal shutdown support controlled operation, while a logic-level enable pin allows shutdown.

Use this converter in EPC and notebook car adapters, handheld equipment power supplies, and boost, buck-boost, SEPIC or inverting circuits. The single feedback pin supports output polarity choices within the selected circuit design.
