The ESP32-WROOM-32U (16MB) is a powerful and compact Wi-Fi + Bluetooth module based on the ESP32-D0WD chip by Espressi Systems. This version features a U.FL (IPEX) antenna connector, allowing the use of an external antenna, and comes with an upgraded 16MB flash memory, making it ideal for larger firmware and OTA updates. It supports dual-core processing, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2 (classic + BLE). It's used widely in IoT, smart home, automation, and wireless sensor networks.
