The RUEF300 30V 3AMP is a Poly Switch Resettable PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) fuse manufactured by Little fuse. This type of fuse is used primarily in overcurrent protection applications. When excessive current flows through the fuse, it heats up, increasing its resistance significantly, thereby limiting current flow. The RUEF series devices offer hold currents from 900mA to 9.0A. They are used in many markets including computer/multimedia, industrial equipment and controls, as well as consumer and general electronics.
