VNQ810P-E Quad channel high-side driver IC
The VNQ810P-E is a quad HSD formed by assembling two VND810P-E chips in the same SO-28 package. The VNQ810P-E is a monolithic device made by using STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground. Active VCCpin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table).Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against overload.

- PWM Operation: Operates up to 10 kHz for precision control of the output.
- Maximum Power Dissipation: The power dissipation depends on the application and cooling, but the IC is designed to handle significant power loads with adequate heatsinking.
- Diagnostics: Open-load detection (in ON and OFF states), short to ground, and short to VCC are available as diagnostic outputs.
