The MAX3420EECJ+ is a full-speed USB peripheral controller with an integrated USB transceiver and serial peripheral interface (SPI). It is designed by Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated). This device allows easy USB device integration into embedded systems that have an SPI interface. It complies with the USB 2.0 full-speed (12 Mbps) standard and provides an efficient way for microcontrollers to communicate with USB hosts without needing USB protocol stacks on the microcontroller.
