The PC900V is a Digitally Programmable Tone Generator from Sharp Corporation. It is an integrated circuit (IC) in a 6-pin DIP package. Description: The PC900V uses a set of 6-programmable registers to store digital data for tone generation. The device has an internal clock and can generate tones based on the data stored in the registers which can be programmed by external logic.
