USB GPS Module with external Antenna
USB GPS Module
This is a GPS Module with USB interface as well as TTLL Interface. It can be directly connected to Raspberry PI, Beagle Bone, Arduino or any other micro-controller with serial port. This module has external antenna and has very good sensitivity.
It outputs data in standard NMEA format and is updated in every 1 second. The baudrate is 9600 bits per second. This USB GPS Module can be directly interfaced to Raspberry Pi via USB port and no external power supply is required. The GPS will be powered via USB port itself. Lots of tutorials are available online on how to interface GPS Module to Raspberry Pi. This USB GPS module can also be directly be interfaced to PC's USB port. When connected to PC it creates a virtual USB port. You can download the driver software over here.
This module also has TTL interface so it can also be directly interfaced to various Arduino boards. It can also be interfaced to 8051, PIC, AVR & ARM micro-controllers via TTL interface.
