Generation 4 IGBT design provides tighter parameter distribution and higher efficiency than Generation 3
IGBT co-packaged with HEXFREDTM ultrafast, ultra-soft-recovery anti-parallel diodes for use in bridge configurations
Industry standard TO-220AB package
